P45/Payslip
Alignment
There are two reasons that the printing is not lining up with the forms.
The paper size needs to be set to A4
- Within the software go to the “File” menu
and select “Printer Set-up”
- Select A4 as the paper size and click “Ok”
Printer alignment needs adjusting
- Within the software select the report
you want to print
- From the “Selection Criteria” screen
click “Align Printer”
- This screen will allow you to adjust
the paper margins. A negative figure will move the
print the opposite way to the heading e.g. a minus
figure in the “Left” margin will move the
print to the right.
- Click “Save” when the required
adjustments have been made. Please note that each report
will remember its own adjustments

| Why is there an (S) next to
some periods on P11?
As part of the Inland Revenue accreditation all payment
put through the software must be recorded and shown on
the P11. An (S) appears next to period that has been back
processed. These periods are not included in the totals
of the report.
